This means our menu changes monthly depending on the season. Whatever the fisherman and farmer brings, the rest is up to the chef to inspire you and give you a unique culinary experience. Roast Pork Belly
Pork belly with crispy skin, marinated in cuban herbs and spices. Roasted in our traditional stone oven.
La Redaccion Burger
Lamb or Pork burger, served on a lightly toasted homemade roll. Accompanied with sweet potato chips and salad.

Dessert La Redacción Flan
Famous cuban Flan is a close cousin of ``Creme brulee`` Accompanied with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, sesame seeds and a sprig of mint.
